Truth is a collection of poetry about emotions and feelings that people have trouble understanding or expressing. Mazza wants people to know their worth in life and not to feel alone or helpless. It can be hard to overcome any obstacle, but it is easier with someone by your side. Society sometimes forgets that we are all human and have a lot going on in the inside, which others cannot see.

About the Author

At a young age, Ashley Mazza was taken away from love and surrounded by hate. In her teenage years, she struggled through foster care. She spent a lot of time in a deep depression, but eventually learned to love and appreciate little things in life. She is still working on conquering her demons, but they are slowly disappearing and turning into hope.
