From Floor to Fortune: The Steve Gupta Story

This is the remarkable true story of Dr. Steve Gupta, who arrived in Canada in 1971 with just $108 and an unshakable belief in hard work, faith, and integrity. From sleeping on the floor of a bare apartment to building a real estate empire that would shape skylines and employ thousands, Gupta's journey is one of resilience, risk, and relentless ambition.

Written with acclaimed journalist and author Steve Paikin, this deeply personal memoir goes beyond business success to explore love, loss, and the values that sustained a lifetime of achievement--including a fifty-three-year marriage to his soulmate, devastating personal tragedy, and a lifelong commitment to giving back.

Inspiring, candid, and grounded in lived experience, From Floor to Fortune is a powerful reminder that success is not where you begin, but how you rise--and what you build for others along the way.
