A true story of a female such as myself experiencing a very bad car accident that left the car totaled and a broken ankle hanging by the skin. The story is about all the surgeries and the coincidences and chances that formed together which leads me to believe not only was God, but that God showed me that he was with me every step of the way by showing me all of the coincidences and chances that came together. God left me with WOW! moments. Of all the trials that I went through with this car accident I can honestly say that today I made it through with God's help and that I am walking with my own foot, it could have been a prothesis.
I am Debra Pettigrew and I grew up in Detroit Michigan. I am an ordained Elder in the African Methodist Episcopal Zion Church. I enjoy movies, theatre and some concerts. I also love riding around the city as well as riding around Belle Island. I was inspired by God to write this book. During my down time of healing from this car accident God spoke to me and told me to "write a book." Yes, I was a little apprehensive, but I began writing down some things of what happened and here we are.
